Component Application:
The power take off (PTO) is a housing with internal gears which mounts to the transmission and the drive gear meshes with the transmission gears. The PTO also includes an engagement mechanism which is used to engage the PTO drive gear when the clutch is depressed and the transmission gears stops rotating. This PTO provides horsepower to the hydraulic grease pump.
