Event: Gear Box 1st Gear

1. See “Drum Brake Release” for first sequence of this event.

2. The operator selects the First Gear position of the selection switch and Directional Control Valve (1A) is energized and air pressure flows through the valve to the #1 port of Air Cylinder (21).

3. The gearbox in shifted to the First Gear position.

4. Exhaust from the #2 and #3 ports of Air Cylinder (21) is vented through Directional Control Valves (2A and 3A) respectively.
